Hello @deleted-role , It has been brought to our attention that the partnership requirements have not been met correctly, or at all. Strategic Transports Alliance has followed the requirements to the best of our ability in our current position. We are also actively working on regaining access to some of our social media accounts, which will allow us to fulfil the remaining requirements on our side. As a reminder, the partnership requirements are outlined under §8 – Partnership Policies: §8.0 – Role in your server §8.1 – Chat channel in your server §8.2 – Personal invites to your convoys (Must be made by a Senior Management member or a Senior Management–approved member) §8.3 – Announce the partnership on social media and in your server §8.4 – Attend at least one convoy hosted by Strategic Transports Alliance §8.5 – Keep us updated with correct information regarding your VTC (e.g. closure, “about me” changes, banner changes, logo changes) §8.6 – VTC or group must be more than 1 year old In line with our disclaimer, after 26 January 2026, the partnership will be reconsidered if the above requirements have not been met. Hey @deleted-role, Just noticed your name change from Redline Logistix to Redline Group, therefore I have modified the Banner adding an background for better visibility due to the Website's fixed light mode so that the "Group" within the Banner is visible I have also modified the description to the text that is showed on your website The reason the banner is stretched that weirdly is due to the Website resizing all partner banners to 305px by 108px automatically to make all banners the same size (edited)

Hello @Will, Firstly, I would like to request a copy of the transcript from the ticket I opened in March 2026, which has since been closed. Please could this be provided to me where possible. I would also like to formally notify you that the partnership between Strategic Transports Alliance and Redline Logistix is being terminated. The partnership is being terminated for two reasons. The first reason relates to Redline Logistix and Redline Group. The partnership held by Strategic Transports Alliance is with Redline Logistix, not Redline Group. We were not informed of the changes involving Redline Logistix, despite the following requirement within our Partnership Rules: §8.5 - VTC Information Must keep us updated with correct information to do with your VTC (closing down, change in about me, banner changes, Logo Changed). As Strategic Transports Alliance was not informed of these changes, we consider this to be a breach of §8.5 - VTC Information and therefore grounds for terminating the partnership. The second reason is inactivity. There has been a significant lack of activity and communication within the partnership, and as a result, we do not believe that continuing the partnership would provide any meaningful benefit to either organisation. As a result of the above reasons, Strategic Transports Alliance is formally terminating its partnership with Redline Logistix. Please ensure that any Strategic Transports Alliance partnership roles, channels, branding, or other partnership-related references are removed from your platforms where applicable. Redline Logistix was still the truck company, when we formed Redline Group we made it our parent company to hold Redline Logstix and Redline Express.
